    We are committed to providing high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our digital product, YouTube Gateway.
  2. Review and Notification Period
  • Review Window: You must review and complete the entire program within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase. Proof of completion is required and will be verified.
  • Notification Requirement: If requesting a refund, you must contact support via the Whop Resolution Center and provide explicit proof that you have completed the activity and review requirements. Discord support tickets for refund requests will either be ignored or redirected to the Whop Resolution Center.
  • Activity Requirement: You must post 1 YouTube Short per day for a minimum of 60 consecutive days starting from the purchase date. If you do not reach 10 million views by the end of this period, you will receive a full refund.

  4. Decision: Refunds will be processed only if all conditions are met. You will receive a confirmation of your refund request, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
  • If you fail to contact the team through the Whop Resolution Center.
  • If you do not provide verifiable proof of completing the program within the 72-hour review window, as verified by us in Whop.
  • If you fail to post 1 YouTube Short per day for 60 consecutive days starting from the purchase date, or if you fail to provide tangible proof that you did not reach 10 million views.
