  2. Refund Eligibility
    • 365 Day Policy: We offer a no-questions-asked, 365-day refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. As such, we kindly ask you to NOT chargeback, as it may have negative consequences for both parties. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within a year at daniel@ytportal.io with your name, email, the item purchased, and the price point. We will process your refund promptly.
    • Product Eligibility: Please note that this refund policy applies only to products priced under $500 per order. All members of our one-to-one mentorship program, YouTube Portal, must adhere to the condition stated in the contract signed to eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to contact the team through the Whop resolution center or through email.
